One of the mess silverware items owned by 4 Regiment, Army Air Corps, UK, it was shared by silverware valuer Silverlady on Twitter. A Skeeter would be a very unusual subject for a mess trophy, but that’s part of the nature of such trophies – they are often remarkable work of unusual and rare subjects, infrequently seen.
